Influential Black Figures
We will be celebrating Black History Month by learning about the lives of some amazing Black figures such as Martin Luther King, Jr., George Washington Carver, Louis Armstrong, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Mae C. Jemison.

Nature's Journey
We will explore and understand the world's biodiversity in the light of evolution. Kids will learn about the tree of life, fossils, natural selection, and interesting adaptations that allow animals to better survive in their environment.

April Showers Bring May Flowers
We will celebrate the arrival of spring and all it brings with it. We will do experiments to understand the properties and importance of water for life, and make creative projects celebrating plants!
