The Art of Science

Price: $120 for up to 7 kids

+ $20 for each additional child (email us for an invoice)

This class has one fixed price and it is for the group named above only. Each participant needs to fill out a registration form below. Only one person in the group needs to complete the payment by using the "Add to Cart" button to the left or above.
Payment needs to be submitted by the Friday before class.

                                                                     

3/27: Pouring and Measuring. We will practice measuring liquids and pouring. Kids will practice hand-eye coordination and understand the concept of volume. They will make a collage to take home.

4/3: Transferring. Kids will learn how to transfer and measure solids while playing a fun game. They will make a craft with clay and seeds to take home. 

​

4/10: Pinching & Grasping. Kids will practice fine motor skills while working with clothespins and tweezers. They will use these skills to help protect sea creatures from spiky sea urchins and make a cute craft to take home!

4/17: Playing With Colors. Kids will play games involving color, learn about primary and secondary colors, and make an art project to take home. 

​

4/24: Open, Shut Them. We will focus on opening and closing objects, a skill that promotes different hand functions and helps develop fine motor skills. Kids will make an art project to take home.
